Senior Consultant, Real Estate Portfolio (m/f/d)

<h2><b>Job Description</b></h2> <p><span><span>As Global Real Estate Portfolio consultant, you will be part of a team that supports Danfoss develop, drive, and implement the Global Real Estate strategy, processes and concepts into the organization.<br/>  <br/> Our Portfolio team is managing +400 properties by offering support on lease management, freehold acquisitions &amp; disposals, as well managing the internal rent charging to the business. </span></span></p> <h2><b>Job Responsibilities</b></h2> <p><span><span>Business partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Divisions and Regions, Real Estate Functions and Regional Teams, external partners, Corporate Functions etc)</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Actively drive and manage Real Estate Portfolio tasks relating to:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Lease contract negotiation, Sale/purchase of properties.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Office relocations</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support on executing business’s factory footprint strategies</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Update the Space Management system and reporting</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the project management team with ad-hoc analysis of the real estate financial charging towards the business on ongoing projects</span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>Background &amp; Skills</b></h2> <p><span><span>You will possess strong and broad international stakeholder management, with 5+ years of relevant experience.<br/> You will ideally come with an understanding of real estate transaction management processes (but not mandatory) and/or have business controlling background. <br/>  </span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span>You are an energetic and positive team player who can interact and work agile with a notion of transparency and urgency when necessary.
