S&BE Strategy & Business Operations

The Strategic Capabilities and Performance management team incubates critical Global Product Development and Supply wide capabilities including the Change Hub, Business Performance Management, Business Process & Governance Excellence, and Early Career Programs of the future. Summary:

This position will play a central and critical role in ensuring S&BE Leadership team effectiveness and operational efficiency to maximize delivery of GPS’ most important business outcomes and engagement with SBE colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic alignment of SBE Leadership Team, SBE organization and across GPS through the SBX Leads and their teams prioritizing performance and delivery of objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact for organizational communications and ensuring a holistic change management plan is in place and being executed. 
• Serve as the voice of GPS to craft leadership team meeting agendas, presenters, and actions.
• Facilitation of objectives and key results process by working with S&BE LT and SBX Partners to ensure progress toward goals and deliverables including workshops and business reviews.
• Increase Business Excellence across the division through the standardization of Business Operations templates and tools such as standard calendar, business review templates, onboarding presentations. 
• Planning and facilitating S&BE LT-level run the business meetings and ad-hoc workshops to meet business needs
• Version owner of S&BE-level “look ahead” calendar, action/decisions tool, and collaboration spaces as needed to ensure effective collaboration.
• Create and maintain S&BE-level Strategy & Operations Guidebook
• Partner with Communications lead to ensure connectivity between S&BE Strategy/delivery and engagement/ communications needs.
• Actively participate in the SBE MyVoice team and lead engagement workstreams to ensure pull-through of themes and results.
• Create and maintain SBE materials such as a Walking Deck, onboarding guide, etc,
• Help drive organizational budget and initiative updates and create/ maintain SBE Teams site.
• Drive D&I initiatives through SBE.

Internal/External Stakeholders and partners

• S&BE Leadership, extended leadership, and partnering functions in GPS
• S&BE Functional Communications Leads and Executive Assistants (where applicable)

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast moving and increasingly complex environment with limited direction is required.
• Ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence
• Entrepreneurial & problem-solving mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Deliver high quality deliverables in content and presentation
