Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead the monitoring of customer support requests, identification of errors in products, and the troubleshooting and developing of solutions to product errors.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Business Account Management Solutions - Technology Services - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Support integration of Fannie Mae technology with external customers.
- Lead the implementation and administration of repeatable and transparent processes to successfully integrate with multiple Fannie Mae customer facing applications and API interfaces.
- Plan, evaluate, oversee and configure the integration of customers.
- Conduct impact analysis on existing applications and/or new products to manage and maintain integration documentation.
- Lead the team in identifying errors in products and determining their source.
- Monitor and administer processes for troubleshooting product errors and developing solutions to fix them.
- Work with other development groups to deploy updates.
- Plan and oversee the work on a wide variety of technology hardware and software installation and maintenance projects.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 4 years of related technical experience
- Skilled in XML
- Experience working with APIs (RestFul and SOAP APIs)
- Working knowledge of OAuth Patterns
- Experience identifying measures, or indicators of System performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong troubleshooting and impact analysis experience
- Good technical writing and project management skills
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of servicing and loss mitigation experience
- 4 years' experience working with PostMan, XML Spy, and Automation testing of APIs
- Skilled in JSON
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
