Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences in one of our bespoke Spas. 

The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!
We are looking for Therapists on a range of different contracts from 24 - 40 hours.

At Lush we understand Therapist’s time and dedication to their client is a vital part of the role, therefore we support a maximum of 5 hours of massage per day, averaging 5 treatments, allowing you time to enjoy and perform at your best.

Responsibilities

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments 
• Representing the Spa on the shop floor and across the business when requested 
• Dealing with clients 
• Day to Day running of the Spa 
• Booking clients in using a booking system
• Keeping high standards in the Spa
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using Injury prevention training that is provided
• Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
• Stock control

Skills & Experience

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage. 
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments. 
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
