As the Squad Leader for Digital Shared Services, your work will serve to continually improve business capabilities in form of APIs. As part of Digital Shares Services, you will lead a team to build simple, scalable, stable, reliable, and reusable APIs for Workplace Investing’s Retirement Product. You will work with internal and external consumers to identify opportunities and create capability roadmap to improve our API offerings.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in product development, leading distributed cross-functional agile teams that include architects, analysts, developers to design, deliver & maintain API products & solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise services in form of APIs to help accelerate digital innovation
• Experience in deploying and supporting large scale solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates across a complex ecosystem.
• Skilled at using data and insights, letting facts own the way to develop effective strategic product roadmaps
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development with Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

The Team

You will be part of the Workplace Investing Digital Shared Services Product Area. Our purpose as an organization is to help build simple, scalable, stable, reliable, and reusable APIs and enable our consumers to design best in class customer experiences. We build enterprise ready capabilities in form of APIs which are consumed by both internal and external consumers. You will work in partnership with the Product Area Leader, Chapter Leaders and a Cross-company core working team with PI, FI, APS, HCG product and operation leaders to deliver on the vision.
