Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) Architect

Position Overview: As a D365 ERP Finance and Operations Senior Developer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your expertise will ensure that our ERP system meets business needs and drives operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Development and Customization: Design and develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations within D365 Finance and Operations to support business processes.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integration Management: Implement and maintain integrations between D365 Finance and Operations and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring that all solutions meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, including design specifications, integration workflows, and user guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in D365 Finance and Operations development, with a strong focus on customization and integration.
• Proficiency in X++ programming, SQL, and other relevant development tools and languages.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain management, and ERP best practices.
• Experience with Azure services and Power Platform integrations is a plus.
