Job Description

• Provide direct support to the Director, Deputy Director and Supply Chain Optimization Domain Lead on all matters related to project, program, and portfolio management efforts.
• Provide support to the ASPR SMEs on Operational and Response processes including, but not limited to supply chain risk management and emergency management operations and developments as required and/or tasked by the PMB Chief.
• Support other Contractor leads supporting Supply Chain Optimization efforts as required and/or directed by the Director.
• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive project, program, and portfolio management strategy in support of the Supply Chain Optimization Team.
• Assist in the development of the BAAs as well as the review of White Papers and Proposals from an Operational perspective as required.
• Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support the directorate.
• Travel on official business per the government’s request as required.
• Identify business systems and tools to support project, program, and portfolio operations.
• Proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to process actions in a timely manner.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior Time Management skills.
