Job Description -
- Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams to define system scope and objectives for complex projects Capital Markets Expertise
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with exposure to regulatory frameworks such as CCAR reporting Basel or similar compliance projects
- Strong understanding of banking products such as Mortgages Deposits Trading Securities Debt Derivatives Margin and Collateral Management
- Analyze and interpret balance sheet components and provide actionable insights
- Consult with users and clients to resolve complex system issues through indepth evaluation of business processes and industry standards
- Support system changes management processes from requirements gathering through implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define problem statements user stories and acceptance criteria for projects
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts considering business implications of technology solutionsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts act as SME for senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies while maintaining transparency in risk management
- Collaborate with UAT teams on test strategy scenario preparation defect triaging and coordination
- Exposure to various SDLC methodologies and ability to adapt to different project environments
- Provide postimplementation support and ensure smooth transition of deliverables
Qualifications:
- Experience 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis within financial services or technology domains
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Visio MS Project
- Advanced SQL query skills for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem solving
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 100000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
