 The Job:

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our America’s Supply Chain team a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:   

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance). 
• Partner with Allocations, Sales Ops, and Business Systems teams to build a customer level Power BI Dashboard to communicate in stock recovery walks.
• Publish, maintain, and automate daily Odorometer report. 
• Partner with Business Systems team to build Power BI dashboards and eliminate the need for Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times. 
• Create and Document SOPs  . 
• Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse). 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required  
• Ability to lead, coach and train peers. 

• Strong ability to problem-solve. 
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels. 

Desired Experience & Education:  

• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required.
• 5+ years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience.
