Customer Care Rep 1

Job Summary:
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide non-technical problem
resolution.

Essential Functions:
 Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested
information to the customer.
 Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical
departments for follow up as needed.
 Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research
product information.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne
particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a
variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment
and job sites can be loud.
