Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

 

The Contact Center Delivery & Integration Specialist supports the delivery, implementation, and optimization of systems, processes, and workflows that enable the Contact Center to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role works closely with the Director of Delivery & Implementation, Contact Center leadership, IT, WFM, Training, Field Operations, and vendors to ensure seamless integration, successful execution of new center launches, and effective adoption of new technologies.

​​​​​​​Here is what you will need:

• Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 3-5 years contact center experience preferred;
• Minimum 3-5 years of contact center supervisor experience preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal), including personal branding.
• Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Strong organizational skills with superior time-management ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience with contact center software applications preferred.

 

A Day in the Contact Center Delivery and Integration Specialist:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Maintains patient confidentiality 100% of the time.
• Adheres to and promotes the Solis “Promise Book” culture.
• Develops strong working relationships, forming a partnership with other groups within the Contact Center or external functional departments;
• Collaborates with others to ensure operational deliverables are met and aligned with organizational goals.
• Brings problems to the attention of management; proposes solutions and is willing to ask for help.
• Supports management with projects on as needed basis;
• Maintains strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, service-oriented operations.
• Work with the Director of Delivery and Implementation to Support implementation projects related to new center growth to ensure a seamless experience for patients and field partners.
• Coordinates with analytic, technical, and operational resources to meet center expectations and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Ensure seamless data flow and technology functionality across integrated systems.
• Keep records of integration procedures, best practices, and troubleshoot any issues that occur with connected systems.
• Collaborate with IT, WFM, and Operations teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance and workflows for new centers and/or systems.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
