Attorney - Railroad Litigation

Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado's most established law firms, currently has an opportunity for an Attorney to join our expanding Railroad Practice Group. We are seeking an attorney with 2 to 10 years of railroad civil litigation experience. Qualified candidates should have experience defending railroad companies, FELA, and strong writing skills. This position must be based in one of the following cities: Denver, Colorado; Kansas City, Missouri; or Billings, Montana, and must be in good standing in their respective state. This position can offer a hybrid working schedule (3-days in office and 2-days at home) once training is successfully completed. 

Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
 

• Colorado, or Missouri, or Montana licensed attorney in good standing;
• Railroad civil litigation experience;
• FELA
• Strong academic credentials;
• Trial experience preferred;
• Exceptional writing skills;
• Excellent research and analytical skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and  produce excellent work products; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred).

The hiring range for this position is $106,700 - $121,000 annually.
