Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans that meet resident needs and preferences
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and budget control
• Ensure kitchen staff follows proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Coordinate with nursing and healthcare teams to meet specialized dietary needs
• Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred
✔ Experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility highly desirable
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
