About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA servicesto children and/or adolescents with autism and related developmental needs across Maryland. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and partner closely with caregivers to support meaningful progress.
What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home and/or community settings as assigned

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA

Collect accurate data during sessions (frequency, duration, ABC data, etc.) and follow documentation standards

Use evidence-based teaching strategies (e.g., DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement, behavior reduction procedures)

Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging session environment

Collaborate with caregivers by modeling strategies and providing session updates (as directed by the supervisor)

Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings to maintain quality and compliance

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality (HIPAA where applicable)
Requirements

Active RBT certification
-
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)

Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred
-
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally between client homes
-
Ability to pass background checks per Maryland and funding-source requirements
-
Ability to lift up to [25–50] lbs, sit/stand/kneel, and engage in active play as needed
Preferred Qualifications

6+ months ABA or related direct-care experience

Comfortable with in-home therapy and caregiver collaboration

Bilingual (Spanish/other) a plus but not required
