As a Car Wash Attendant, you'll be responsible for making sure our customers' vehicles are sparkling clean and looking their best, while providing a memorable customer service experience. But this isn't your average job - we like to have fun while we work!

Here are some of the responsibilities and qualifications we're looking for:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the overall process of a customer experience, starting from pay station to tunnel exit. Ensuring that every experience with the wash is consistent with quality standards and assisting customers with questions and concerns as needed.  
• Create a positive environment by using exceptional customer service skills.  
• Assisting customers at pay stations in buying single washes and attempting to grow a consistent customer base by selling Unlimited Wash Club memberships.  
• Loading cars onto the equipment in the tunnel, ensuring the safety of fellow team members and monitoring the distance between vehicles to minimize the potential for collisions and damages.  
• Working closely with team members and management to assist wherever needed and complete all site duties as outlined by site management and company standards.  
• Maintain facility appearance with various cleaning duties and lot upkeep. Report any issues with equipment. 
• Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude
• Wash and dry vehicles using our state-of-the-art equipment
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
