About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our webinars, training and promotional operations. You will be responsible for supporting our creative team, managing information and checklists, tracking key metrics, collaborating across teams to ensure that projects are completed on time plus managing inboxes and calendars for the  leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Support: Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively.

    • Video & Event Support: Set up and oversee webinars and online events, providing support as needed.

    • Task Coordination: Track, follow up, and ensure completion of key task lists to keep projects on schedule.

    • Document Management: Maintain and update relevant company pages and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for operational activities.

    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions for increased efficiency.

    • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to process tracking and operational activities.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations and communication.

    • Inbox & Calendar Management: Manage emails and calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely responses, and effective prioritization of tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative to identify and address issues without waiting for direction—anticipates needs rather than reacting to problems.

  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all operational processes and documentation

  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with common office software and data management tools.
    • Knowledge of AEvent, Zoom, Hubspot, or Ongage would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided

  • Prior experience in an operational role is preferred but not essential.


What We Offer

    $500- $700 USD / month (part-time)

    This is a fully-remote contract position, you can work from anywhere! However, we are ideally looking for a candidate whose core work hours are during EST/PST time with occasional weekend work to match our live event schedule
