About the role

Description

Accountabilities:

  • Generate sales orders and invoices for cabinetry projects.
  • Collaborate with clients/customers both in the showroom and on-site to design cabinetry solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and invoices tailored to client specifications.
  • Manage cabinet purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
  • Develop presentations for clients and vendors to showcase product offerings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Production Department and clients/customers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial client meeting to delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between the Modern Box Cabinet Department and TWS locations.
  • Dispatch cabinet samples to clients/customers for review.
  • Procure cabinet accessories and components, as well as manage specialty orders with vendors.
  • Organize and maintain data securely and accurately.
  • Conduct site visits to capture project photos for the Modern Box Portfolio.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in kitchen design and sales, or related industry required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
  • Familiarity with design software such as 2020 Design or AutoCAD preferred.
  • Background in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Valid driver's license (within the state of Texas).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings accurately.
  • Effective multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
