About the role
Description
Accountabilities:
- Generate sales orders and invoices for cabinetry projects.
- Collaborate with clients/customers both in the showroom and on-site to design cabinetry solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes and invoices tailored to client specifications.
- Manage cabinet purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Develop presentations for clients and vendors to showcase product offerings.
- Serve as a liaison between the Production Department and clients/customers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial client meeting to delivery and installation.
- Coordinate stock transfers between the Modern Box Cabinet Department and TWS locations.
- Dispatch cabinet samples to clients/customers for review.
- Procure cabinet accessories and components, as well as manage specialty orders with vendors.
- Organize and maintain data securely and accurately.
- Conduct site visits to capture project photos for the Modern Box Portfolio.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in kitchen design and sales, or related industry required.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
- Familiarity with design software such as 2020 Design or AutoCAD preferred.
- Background in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Valid driver's license (within the state of Texas).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings accurately.
- Effective multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
