Sales Manager (Russian C2)

This is a remote position.

Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.

We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job.

Our audience consists of people for whom German is not their native language, but Germany is their new home. We know how to help them become part of society and succeed professionally.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.

• Consult clients on educational programs and support them throughout the decision-making process.

• Sell educational products and consistently meet assigned sales targets.

• Process orders and accurately enter client information into the CRM system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer support.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: the role involves frequent communication with a diverse audience.

• Friendly, open, and genuinely customer-oriented mindset.

• Emotional resilience and the ability to quickly adapt in non-standard or unexpected situations.

• Motivation to grow and develop professionally in the field of sales.

• Fluent Russian (spoken and written) .
