As the Senior Manager of Communications for Global Learning, you will help create and execute program and integrated executive communications plans for ServiceNow’s single learning philosophy across the enterprise to better serve our employees and our business. This includes our Global Learning Enablement efforts for all employees as well as our external enablement and workforce development program, RiseUp with ServiceNow (and the related Training, Alliance, Enablement, and Certification Organization). The ideal candidate will be strategic, hard-working, experienced in communicating learning programs, and have a strong passion for storytelling, with the ability to craft emotional, modern, people-focused content that inspires our target audiences while providing them practical information that sets them up for success.
Ideally, you are a seasoned communications leader who has a proven track record of creating compelling, concise content, and who is experienced in advising executives on their internal and external communications. You are a highly skilled storyteller that is experienced in building and executing thought leadership programs to generate top of funnel awareness. We are looking for some who can deftly and skillfully manage competing priorities, is a quick and creative thinker, excels in building relationships, is process oriented, adapts in the face of change, and brings rigorous attention to detail with a sense of urgency in everything they do. You will also regularly collaborate with other ServiceNow teams, like talent development, employee communications, public relations, marketing, thought leadership, and brand.
How you’ll do it:
Serve as the integrated communications lead for:
The SVP, Global Education, to build and define their strategic, integrated communications plan to support the broader workforce. This includes developing a thoughtful executive brand framework to ensure this SVP is engaging in the right events, forums, and channels to deliver the RiseUp with ServiceNow and overall workforce development stories.
The SVP, Global Learning Enablement, to build and define her strategic, integrated communications plan to support ServiceNow’s workforce. This includes developing a internal thought framework that can be replicated across large audiences and ensure awareness and understanding of the availability and breadth of content developed by the Global Learning Enablement team for all employees.
Provide executive communications support (speaking opportunities, PR, social media) for select Global Education and Global Learning Enablement leaders as needed, including, but not limited to, items such as scripts, speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans.
