People PMO, North America
This role reports to Head of Talent Access, North America/Head of People, Global R&D and is based in Skillman NJ relocating to Summit, NJ in Q1 2025 or consideration for Remote with occasional travel to the Head office. This role is a project-based role that is expected to end at or around July 2026.

Role reports to: Head of Talent Access, North America and Head of People, Global R&D
Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 or remote will be considered.
Travel %: up to 10%
What you will do:
The People PMO for North America Talent will collaborate across the People function to execute transformation and project plan across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, benefits, employee engagement). This position will oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Talent Acquisition and engagement strategy for key projects in North America, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role will ensure that all project deliverables are met and execute various workstreams by coordinating the cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role will report to overall North America People Project Lead and Head of Talent Access, North America for region specific scope with a focus on executing the talent workstream and meeting key milestones in the next 12-18 months.
