Patient Service Specialist (PSS)

We are seeking a Patient Services Specialist for our Outpatient Therapy Clinic.

Responsibilities

• General reception duties,
• Scheduling,
• Data entry,
• Insurance verification,
• Assisting therapists in the gym.
• Collecting copays

 Hours will depend on the needs & hours of the clinic.

 

Qualifications

• Good communication and telephone skills;
• The ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc;
• The ability to interact well with other staff members, customers, field associates and businesses;
• High School Diploma or GED.
