Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership!

Total compensation will consist of base pay in addition to commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately ordering and sourcing parts to meet service needs.
• Providing timely and accurate quotes to service advisors, service technicians, and retail customers.
• Ensuring effective communication by providing updates on parts availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• Supporting service technicians and advisors by quickly addressing parts inquiries to minimize downtime.
• Communicating parts and delivery concerns with the manufacturer to get resolution when necessary.
• Assisting with inventory, receiving, stocking, shipping, and ordering when necessary.
• Actively identifying opportunities to enhance and improve efficiency within the parts department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required.
• A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
• A self-starter who is eager to contribute to process improvements.
• Familiarity with CDK is strongly preferred.
• Experience with parts inventory systems used by Porsche or other Volkswagen Group brands is highly preferred.

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $42,720.00 - $56,605.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
