As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure framework, thus providing a paved path for all development teams.</span><br/><br/><b>What you will be doing:</b><br/><b>Cloud Architecture Design and Implementation:</b><br/><span>○ Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of PPRO’s growing business.</span><span>○ Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our systems.</span><span>○ Automate infrastructure provisioning and management processes using tools such as Terraform/Terragrunt or equivalent.</span><span>○ Continuously optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.</span><span>○ Implement Kubernetes best practices for cluster setup, management, and monitoring.</span><span>○ Create and maintain Helm charts/other package managers, for deploying applications on Kubernetes.</span><br/><b>Monitoring and Maintenance:</b><br/><span>○ Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting framework (Datadog) to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.</span><span>○ Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability and security.</span><br/><b>Delivery &amp; Integration:</b><br/><span>○ Design and configure CI/CD pipelines(GitHub actions) to automate the process of building, testing, and deploying code changes.</span><span>○ Maintain a cost-efficient artifacts repository for binary publishing</span><span>○ Invest in automation for a change management process that balances agility &amp; continuous delivery with regulatory requirements.</span><br/><b>Connectivity:</b><br/><span>○ Focus on building a secure and auditable networking backbone for PPRO</span><span>○ Solutions include egress/ingress filtering for production traffic, reusable site-to-site VPN solutions to connect to vendors securely, and PPRO’s corporate VPN product.</span><br/><b>Collaboration and acting as development domain partners:</b><br/><span>○ Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals.</span><span>○ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</span><br/><b>Compliance and Documentation:</b><br/><span>○ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations like PCI, DORA, etc.</span><span>○ Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.</span><br/><br/> <h3>You will need to have:</h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud).</li><li>Strong background in infrastructure as code, automation, and orchestration tools.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.</li><li>Proven experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Proficiency in networking and firewall concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.</li><li>Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency</li><br/><br/></ul> <h3>Nice-to-haves:</h3> <ul> <li>Understanding of secure CI/CD practices, such as secret management, dependency scanning, and integrating security tests into the pipeline.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI/CD, including creating complex workflows, using reusable workflows, and integrating third-party actions.</li><li>Experience with backup and restore processes for both infrastructure and data.</li><li>Designing and implementing disaster recovery (DR) strategies and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience and data integrity.</li><li>Experience with configuring infrastructure in CDE scope for PCI compliance</li><br/></ul><b>What's in it for you?:</b><br/><b>Hybrid working</b><span> - </span><span>We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 d
