HHMI’s endowment comprises a diverse portfolio, including investments in public equity funds, growth equity and buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real assets and direct co-investments.
Summary:
HHMI is seeking an Investment Relations Associate or Senior Investment Relations Associate to play a critical role in supporting the Investment Department’s relationship management, governance, and administrative operations. This position collaborates closely with investment professionals, operations professionals and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination of departmental administrative and financial processes, accurate maintenance of investment records, execution of internal and external meetings, and other key departmental activities. The role interfaces regularly with other HHMI colleagues, external investment managers, and service providers.
The person in this role will report to the Managing Director & Head of Investment Operations, and will work in-person four days a week at HHMI’s headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD.

What you’ll do:
Office Services
Provide administrative, scheduling and secretarial support to the CIO, Managing Directors, and Investment Department staff, including daily front office operations such as phone coverage, filing, and supply coordination.
