This Principal Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) position plays a critical role in supporting our Line of Business (LOB) HR associates and people leaders through their people processes, strategies, and talent management systems. They will be a key member of our HR4HR team and get the opportunity to impact our HR associates’ experiences through direct client partnership and project work. They will work directly with client areas in HR as they navigate team support while also working closely with their HR Business Partner leads to learn and provide valuable insights and guidance on where we might create efficiencies and best achieve meaningful impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
Play a leadership role through partnership and close collaboration with eHR partners and HR client leaders to execute on local talent strategies, key initiatives, and focus area mobilization
Partner with leaders on driving critical project work forward related to the future of the HRBP job family
Mobilize and lead ad-hoc projects and programs
Drive critical HR processes within our HR LOB teams, helping leaders understand how to support themselves on their most common needs
Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities
Partner closely with HR leaders and Chiefs of Staff to drive talent agendas forward
Build relationships and become a primary HR leader among LOB HR teams for broader leader and associate population
Own data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements focused on influence and storytelling to drive critical outcomes
Interact with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes
Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and talent items and gather themes to drive change over time at scale
Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within client group and make recommendations on where we may adjust support models at various times to meet needs
Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
At least 1 year of client facing experience or at least 1 year of consulting experience or a combination of both
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
3+ years of experience in client-facing consulting experience
