Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process. The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various tasks and projects related to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Recruitment Process: Support the HR team in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to help improve our recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for HR: Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
• Social Media Skills: Experience in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Previous Startup Experience in internship is valued
