As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol - Weekends in RIVIERA BEACH, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, professional communication. You will support store teams and guests through strong customer service, detailed reporting, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers and store personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, and requests for assistance.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and parking areas to help to deter theft and other unwanted activity.
• Monitor and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance or access concerns, and document events in written reports as required.
• Support store operations with security-related assistance such as observing transaction areas, maintaining visible presence near high-traffic locations, and coordinating with local law enforcement when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
