About the department:

BYD is market leader across all ranges - passenger cars, trucks, buses and warehousing equipment.

The R&D department plans the sustainable product and technology road map for Europe and works on developing advanced, full electric vehicles series, which fulfill current and future European private transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.

As R&D Engineer, you will do research, analysis and evaluation of E-mobility products, user experience and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will use these research insights for the product development and iteration, working closely together with product, design and engineering teams.

Your main responsibility is:

• Establish and formulate the project plan or project scheme determined in coordination with relevant parties, and provide business guidance.
• Develop and track the project schedule.
• Project operation, process tracking and execution.
• Coordinate the implementation of the project to ensure that all links meet the requirements of the company's planning.
• Develop and prepare necessary documents and materials for relevant accreditation work.
• Coordinate project resources.
• Handle the affairs arranged by superiors.

Your personal information:

• Education background: Bachelor degree or above, majors are not limited
• Language: English and Chinese. Hungarian is an advantage.
• Knowledge and Skills:
1) Familiar with project management tools and practical application.
2) Good ability and method of organizing and coordinating various problems.
3) Team work spirit, excellent organization and communication skills.
