Capgemini is seeking experienced Power BI Developers to design and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions.
Your role
- Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Connecting to cloud data sources like Snowflake and optimizing SQL queries for performance
- Developing DAX measures and data models for insightful analytics
- Troubleshooting and ensuring data integrity across Power BI and Snowflake environments
- Working in Agile teams and contributing to end-to-end BI solution delivery
- Collaborate with clients to discover, define, and document actionable KPIs and analytics strategies
- Design and develop data models with appropriate relationships, hierarchies, and performance optimizations
- Create and implement insightful dashboards and visualizations based on best practices and business needs
- Connect to and transform data from multiple Cloud data sources including Snowflake, Redshift, and Azure SQL
- Manage deployment tasks, including workspace configuration, scheduled dataset refreshes, and role assignments
- Develop DAX measures for time intelligence, conditional calculations, and statistical analyses
- Support testing efforts (UAT, performance) and iterate dashboard solutions with stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- 7+ years of experience in Power BI development and visual analytics
- Advanced SQL expertise for data analysis and transformation
- Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability in building scalable Power BI dashboards with advanced interactivity features
- Experience working with Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Redshift
