About the role

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload windows, doors, cabinets, and other millwork products off and onto delivery trucks; inspect and verify items with delivery paperwork.
  • Restock inventory, accurately pick orders, label, and prepare for shipment; reconcile counts, and process returns.
  • Ensure customer orders are complete before loading,.
  • Report any issues like damage or shortages to management.
  • Maintain a clean warehouse, operate and inspect equipment safely, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.
  • Follow safety policies, use PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
  • May operate a forklift, maintain a forklift and other equipment, and perform safety checks.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently.
  • At least 6 months experience working in a warehouse or other similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
  • Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
  • Experience effectively working in a team-centered, fast-paced environment.
  • Have demonstrated positive and professional customer facing experience.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour, with full-time work schedules from Mon – Fri 6:30/7:00 am – 3:00/3:30 pm (some over-time may be required).
