About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Converse. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, enabling Nike to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party services
  • Perform configuration necessary based on business requests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience
  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on solution architecture and technical leadership
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products like Journey builder
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Architect certification
  • Understanding of some performance marketing tools like Feedonomics or Tealium are nice to have but not required
