Responsibilities

Parkway Systems supports H-E-B's Supply Chain and Retail Stores by providing (as a retailer) and servicing materials handling equipment (MHE). 'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.Do you have a:HEART FOR PEOPLE... willingness to anticipate customer needs?HEAD FOR BUSINESS... ability to combine your mechanical knowledge with outstanding service?PASSION FOR RESULTS... drive to perform and prioritize multiple tasks?We are looking for:- communication and customer service skillsWhat is the work?Scheduling / Customer Service / Administration:- Uses software systems to schedule and track technicians' work progress- Assigns new work; communicates with technicians to confirm progress- Ensures planned maintenance is accurately scheduled and completed- Tracks technicians' time sheets- Creates new work orders per customer or technician requests- Answers customer questions; confirms work orders have been accomplished- Creates /audits reports to track outstanding invoices- Enters / validates billing information into systemWhat is your background?- High school diploma- 0-2 years of mechanical experience- Experience using a 10-key by touchDo you have what it takes to be a fit as a Parkway Dispatcher?- Working knowledge of Parkway Systems operations and policies- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)- Advanced communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills- Strong organization and time-management skills- Strong data entry skills- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail- Ability to review complex issues with senior management- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed including staying late as dictated by business needsCan you...- Function in a fast-paced retail, shop, and office environment- Work a flexible schedule and extended hours, as needed- Lift up to 50 lbs07-2020
