2024 Summer Internship - Ops Planning Strategic Initiatives (NJE)

Purpose of Position

The Intern is responsible for handling a wide range of duties related with the Internship project assigned by the Coordinator. The Intern will also be working alongside with other colleagues participating on the day to day responsibilities of the team to gain a broader experience and will have the opportunity to make valuable contributions to promote innovation/improvement within the department.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage weekly priorities and perform daily tasks according to project guidelines;
• Support other team members to ensure the success of the business unit;
• Contribute with academic knowledge to technical excellence and with fresh ideas to promote innovation/improvement;
• Improve performance by working across different functions/tasks;
• Attend to training sessions/presentations/brainstorming/department meetings, thereby gaining not only specific industry-related knowledge, but also soft-skills required in today's workplace;
• Go through an array of individual and team assignments to tackle the emerging business challenges, provide insight into defined topics or perform assessments of particular aspects of NetJets organisation.
