HVAC Service Technician

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Alexandria, VA.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

• Installing new HVAC systems including ductwork air handlers compressors and thermostats
• Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including electrical and mechanical faults
• Troubleshooting defective systems and equipment to make diagnoses
• Communicating with clients about issues providing maintenance tips and discussing potential upgrades
• Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations
• Responding to emergency service calls
• Cleaning ducts and filters checking for leaks refilling refrigerants lubricating parts and fixing drainages
• Adjusting system controls to optimize performance

 

Requirements

• Must have CFC Certification
