A day in the life:

  • The Marketing Data Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team by ensuring critical project data is accurately entered, organized, and maintained. A typical day involves managing data inputs, preparing initial project files, and occasionally coordinating meeting schedules across stakeholders.
    This role is essential to keeping marketing workflows running smoothly, with a strong emphasis on structured work and behind-the-scenes coordination. It requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with spreadsheets. The work is steady and support-focused, making it ideal for those who thrive in structured, process-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Entry
    • Input and organize key data points into our internal tracking sheets and systems
    • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across shared documents
    • Assist in updating and cleaning data regularly to analyst team needs
  • Project File Preparation
    • Generate initial project documents based on standardized templates
    • Ensure files are properly named, organized, and stored for analyst use
    • Track completion of file preparation tasks and communicate status updates
  • Scheduling Support
    • Help coordinate meeting times across internal and external participants as needed
    • Send calendar invites, share meeting agendas, and ensure key stakeholders are looped in
  • Diligence Suppor
    • Own various third party analyses spanning across Brand Sentiment Measurement, Traffic Analytics, and CRO

Role Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a data entry, data preparation and clean up for analysis, operations support, or marketing coordinator role
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Salesforce a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% accuracy of internal reports
  • 100% on-time completion of appraisal milestones assigned to the MDC
  • 100% ownership of Coordinator-level Diligence workflows

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Keep clean & up-to-date internal reports on department initiatives
  • Ensure timely deployment of all appraisal documents & meeting schedulings
  • Provide flexible support on Diligence research & analysis workflow as needed
