About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who will report directly to the Business Execution Senior Manager of Employee Experience within the Internal Audit Employee Operations team and is considered to be a critical resource to the overall department’s success. This role will support employee success through career and professional development processes and programs for Audit’s 1,500+ domestic and international colleagues. These activities are executed in partnership with applicable enterprise teams and programs, such as Learning and Development, Executive Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and University Programs. This role requires a sense of urgency and personal accountability; passion for excellence, results, and innovation; a continuous improvement mindset and excellent project management abilities.
In this role, you will:
- Be part of the Employee Experience team under the umbrella of the Audit Practices team, providing operational support for Wells Fargo’s Internal Auditors.
- Perform needs analysis, design and develop role development content for presentation to the auditor community on live, recorded Teams calls.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and Employee Experience peers and partners to facilitate audit-hosted continuous development programs and build on those programs by analyzing survey, team and leadership feedback.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive employee engagement sessions and/or provide production support of sessions.
- Display flexibility and creative ideation by being a consistent, encouraging voice in response to ongoing and sometimes unpredictable change (methodology, tool, process, regulation) as part of Employee Experience’s mission to contribute to building a best-in-class audit division through continuous development.
- Maintain relationships with Practices teammates and Audit teams to understand division and employee processes and continuous improvement needs.
- Support maintenance of planning documents and complete required approvals for session content.
- Demonstrate ability to gain depth and breadth of knowledge across multiple businesses and subject matter areas in response to changing audit community needs.
- Gain and apply understanding of Internal Audit tools.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environment across multiple businesses or develop excellent subject matter knowledge in critical areas of the business
- Support learning programs that cover foundational topics (i.e., Audit processes, procedures, tools), business acumen needed to support various business lines.
- Support production and facilitation of Audit-wide Teams calls.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc assignments.
Required Qualification:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience conducting needs analyses, creating and delivering engaging educational content.
- Experience at a large financial institution or large public accounting firm, in or supporting audit or risk organizations
- Understanding of adult learning styles, and contemporary methods of learning delivery.
- Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools
- Knowledge of risk/compliance/audit lines of defense practices and processes
- Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation
- A BS/BA degree
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations 3 days in office & 2 days remote.
