Responsibilities
Generates/Executes documentation supporting production and Engineering such as qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ), validations, Engineering Work Orders, Notebook studies, and work instructions.
Supports process development activities for new product development including but not limited to equipment installation, Engineering studies, protocol execution, and documentation.
Environmental monitoring of Cleanrooms and Cold storage units including responding to alarms and excursions.
Initiate, maintain, and complete document change control activities in Electronic Document Management System via change control process.
Provides training for new methods or changes to manufacturing documents.
Lead EHS Safety initiatives including, but not limited to injury reporting, safety related corrective actions, hazard waste management, compliance reporting, PPE, safety inspections, and supporting EHS audits.
Support IT hardware installation and troubleshooting as needed.
Liaison between BD IT Group/Vendors to resolve IT related issues.
Perform general light duty building maintenance repairs and services including, but not limited to changing light bulbs, hanging decor, moving equipment/furniture, general facilities maintenance/improvements.
Provides equipment and tooling support as needed and directs the maintenance activities.
Responsible for routine preventive maintenance of critical facilities equipment including but not limited to cold storage units, HVAC systems, backup power generator.
Responsible for communicating with contractors and outside vendors to address facilities related repairs, installations, and/or preventative maintenance.
Support and/or perform preventative maintenance activities for production equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed.
Responsible for basic equipment and furniture installation/assembly.
Overseas janitorial, security, and pest control services
Overseas purchasing of non-production supplies/tools/equipment and processing of blanket POs for facilities related vendors.
Maintains inventory of tools and spare parts.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
