A Service Delivery Manager will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity. You will be a vital role for our Pressure Pumping team. You will enable flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and advisor to build successful customer relationships.
- Forecasting and scheduling to maximize effective and efficient use of people and resources.
- Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 8 Years Experience in Tubular Running Services specializing in Hammering Services and Slot Recovery Services
- must have P&L experience
- Have Technical equipment maintenance experience of Routine Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance requirements (Calibration, Load Test, NDT, MPI and Pressure Testing as examples) to ensure compliance as per BH Procedures.
- Have Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Teams and Power Point to comply with all BH reporting, records structures and systems.
