Job Description

• Development, planning, and implementation of change management strategies and plans to support our clients' change programs.
• Leading and actively participating in change management teams consisting of colleagues, contractors, or client employees.
• Taking responsibility for project outcomes and managing your project team's commitment in terms of achieving goals regarding time, quality, and effort.
• Revenue growth with your existing or new clients through active search for new business opportunities.
• Building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients at the C-level.
• Consulting client executives and employees.
• Leading and mentoring colleagues within the practice.
• Planning and developing OCM (Organizational Change Management) Thought Leadership through personal expertise contributions and directing colleagues in the creation of such contributions.

Qualifications

• We are looking for change management professionals with previous consulting, industry, or freelancer experience.
• 10+ years of practical project experience in business transformation and change management.
• Solid methodological knowledge in change management, training, and coaching (concepts, standard procedures, tools, and templates), especially in the context of technology-driven change.
• Experience in working with C-suite executives regarding change management issues and their implementation at various levels of the client organization.
• Proven experience in advising client executives (C-suite) - building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients at the C-level and unlocking new consulting revenues of at least 1.5 million euros annually.
• Strong team players with a high willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
