Your responsibilities:
Operations
Creation and control of budget, forecasts and financial plans on GBS global level
Ensuring and managing recharge of GBS costs to business entities in compliance with corporate inter-company charging model
Provides internal GBS global Financial reports and analysis, including Dashboard creation, validation and promotion.
Ensure standardization of structures, processes and metrics globally
Responsible for co-creating business cases, change requests, proposal for funding and tracking execution (ROI)
Responsible for FTE and value efficiency monitoring and reporting
Act as a “go to” person for global GBS vertical
Tracking actuals on global and local level, explaining deltas, constructing remediation plans for global vertical (cost, headcount, charging)
Monitoring and reporting Headcount and FTE changes for global vertical
Participating in Month end closing activities for the global vertical
Control of 3rd party invoices
Quality, Legal & Compliance
Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”),
Compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions.
Our requirements:
Experience in FP&A, Accounting or Financial Analytics (>4-6 years), preferably in shared services environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and quality of publications
Literacy and numeracy
Ability to complete tasks on time while coordinating multiple inputs
Ability to analyse data and formulate strategic and tactical action plans to get results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate and present issues and solutions
Very good SAP knowledge (FI/CO)
Ability to process complex data and perform multi-dimensional financial analysis
Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2 level)
