Number 10 internship  

Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol club in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team.? 

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk Intern to join our IT support team. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service within a dynamic environment. This position will be a one-year seasonal paid internship. 

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

• Assist in responding to internal and external technical support requests visa phone, email and ticketing systems.  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for ends-users.  
• Document all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution tracking.  
• Support the installation and setup of new computer equipment and software.  
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.  
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.  
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Applicant should be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or master’s degree in a related field. Undergraduate students must be in their junior or senior year. 
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Must be able to work 25 hours per week. 
• Spanish speaker is a plus.
