In this role, you’ll validate models, oversee first-line controls, provide expert guidance, assess complex risk and help design a sanctions and screening framework that’s scalable, effective, and best-in-class.</p> <p>Join our Sanctions & Screening Compliance team and make your expertise count - where compliance meets innovation, and your work creates real impact.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inform, advise, and independently challenge the business on matters relating to Sanctions & Screening and the use of different tools to perform it;</li> <li>Draft and review procedures, guidelines, and technical model documentation;</li> <li>Support new product launches through risk assessments and design of new screening controls or methods;</li> <li>Create validation tools/processes and perform thematic data analysis to drive improvements to the sanction & screening framework; </li> <li>Partner with Compliance Data and Engineering teams to ensure robust data governance, ensuring end-to-end data lineage and completeness across payment flows to eliminate systemic detection blindspots;</li> <li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as model validation, internal audit, and relevant regulators and supervisors; </li> <li>Serve as a key 2nd Line escalation point for high-complexity Sanctions investigations, conducting deep-dives into nested corporate
