As a Marketing Senior Designer, you will bring HealthEquity’s visual identity to life through every project you touch. With freedom to exercise creativity and independent judgment, you’ll influence key stakeholders and build collaboration in our organization. Your expertise combined with HealthEquity’s brand expression will elevate our Marketing programs and campaigns, helping companies and people better spend, save, and invest for health.
What you’ll be doing
- Work purposely with internal stakeholders to translate business opportunities into strategic creative projects with measurable results, earning trust through ongoing communication.
- Bring curiosity to your collaborations with content creators and writers, identifying the most important stories and concepts to express visually. Share early and iterate quickly.
- Lead the design phase of brand projects, from simple requests to complex campaigns, including web, email, presentations, event promotion, and more.
- Champion the HealthEquity visual brand in your work and interactions. Use and push existing guidelines to develop memorable and consistent designs across campaigns.
- Prioritize user experience in every design. Make sure visuals are not only appealing but also accessible and effective in achieving the intended goal.
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into your workflow, kickstarting ideation and adding efficiency to tasks like image editing, ad creation, and layout design. Share your wins and learnings with other creatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Embrace new technology while ensuring the HealthEquity brand maintains its authentic, human style.
- Work with the Creative Director to refine and implement an effective, company-wide branding architecture, ensuring our brand vision is realized across all channels.
- Proactively set expectations with external design and video agencies who supplement our creative efforts, providing conscientious oversight and helpful feedback to ensure consistent quality.
- Coordinate the production of print collateral and swag, troubleshooting production issues, and working with outside vendors to ensure high-quality results.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in corporate identity and branding.
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality visual design, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving across diverse media.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially power point.
- Familiar with Figma preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to innovate, sharing your learnings to help others grow.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, influence stakeholders, and work independently.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity creation, and strategic design principles, always owning every outcome and learning from results.
- Experience collaborating with print vendors, managing production schedules, and ensuring reliability and excellence in every deliverable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with purpose—connecting with team members, vendors, and senior leadership to achieve shared goals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment, staying focused and resilient during periods of increased activity.

Salary Range
$75500.00 To $100000.00 / yearBenefits & Perks
The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
