ABOUT THE TEAM
The broader C4 Engineering team is responsible for delivering software defined, hardware enabled products. Our products blend software, hardware, networking, autonomy/robotics, systems integration, and more. Your efforts will ensure that Anduril products seamlessly work together to achieve a variety of critical outcomes. Product Managers are driven by a “Whatever It Takes” mindset— innovating in an directed, expedient, scalable, and methodical way while keeping the mission top-of-mind and making sound engineering decisions to deliver successful outcomes, on-time, and with high quality. You will define and shape the future of products like the Menace Family of Systems bringing integrated C4 capabilities to the tactical edge.

We are looking for an highly organized, growth mindset, hands-on, Product Manager that will collaborate with our software, hardware, operations, SRE, and growth teams to bring new products and capabilities to market and exceed customer expectations.


ABOUT THE JOB
A C4 Senior Product Manager (PdM), in the Connected Warfare Division is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for a C4 product family, from inception, through launch, and eventual retirement. This role involves being the customer advocate, driving customer outcomes through new product initiatives, orchestrating internal efforts, and validating that the resulting products, not only resonate with customers but also balances our business goals. The PdM is responsible for defining success metrics and galvanizes the team to actualize the product vision, delivering impactful and measurable customer capabilities. Senior PdMs are also seen as mentors for the PdM team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Across all products you’ll own, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop a product vision and strategy after synthesizing stakeholder requirements and feedback and aligning with targeted business outcomes
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality and craft and communicate product roadmaps and clear success criteria to enable engineering
  • Communicate across stakeholders on your products’ development and roadmap
  • Align your products’ with surrounding systems and ensuring total compatibility
  • Drive adoption and enablement
  • Monitor and track product performance to understand if business outcomes are indeed successful
  • Travel up to 30% of time to meet with customers, team members, and validate products in the real world

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • 7+ years in software and/or hardware product management with demonstrated aptitude across a broad range of product types (customer-facing applications, hardware products, and tools for technical customers)
  • Developing the entire product lifecycle including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements and Go-To-Market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across the org’ and balance resource
