Avista Senior Living is expanding throughout Arizona and is currently looking for a cook to join our team at our community in Ellensburg, WA. We are looking to fill WEEKEND PART TIME SHIFTS (FRIDAY-SUNDAY 10 HOUR SHIFTS EACH DAY).

Responsibilities and Duties

• We are looking for a quality minded professional
• Knowledge of scratch cooking a definite plus as we look to elevate the expectations of food service
• Compassion for elderly and a desire to improve their quality of life is the focus of this food service operation
• The ability to lead others in appositive way
• An eye for detail

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior Cook experience is highly preferred
• Strong Communication
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of basic culinary service management
• Food Handlers Card
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
