Position Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst is an exciting opportunity, responsible for leveraging enterprise applications investment to realize business efficiencies and process improvements. This position will allow you to develop key business relationships to collaboratively identify goals and objectives and re-engineered processes.

Responsibilities

• You will act as a system expert and business consultant on complex application projects, which includes planning and leading large-scale complex projects
• You will provide technical and operational leadership to ensure that the current ERP system is working effectively and that the proposed systems will meet the organizations future needs
• You will develop test plans to test highly complex applications across multiple modules and business divisions in support of patches, upgrades, enhancements, infrastructure, and/or desktop configuration changes. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of applications supported by following standard testing methodologies
• You will lead in the development and vetting of departmental Supply Chain Applications’ strategic goals and functions as an integrator between business needs and technological solutions

Requirements

• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Services, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis, in a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience in computer system application development, database design and maintenance, and data relationship analysis required
• Advanced Access or other database skills
• Previous Crystal or SQL report architecture experience; Epic and/or Lawson systems strongly preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $87,928.00 - $121,437.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
