Working agile, we inspire, partner and consult with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions proactively across multiple businesses and technology platforms.</span></span></p> <h2><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>You will lead and execute process improvement projects with different teams across the entire BASF organization small implementations should be realized or commissioned with NoCode/LowCode.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will drive Digital Automation by assessing processes and identifying opportunities to eliminate, simplify and streamline processes, thereby setting the basis for automation or implement solutions directly (e.g. with Microsoft Power Apps, UiPath Robots, OutSystems).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will have global exchange and collaboration with many product families.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Additionally, you will Identify internal stakeholders and support them on the way of digitalization.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will support the BASF Process House and support BASF’s implementation of its next generation SAP system with a focus on enabling BASF to “Keep to Standard” processes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will train, support, coach and mentor BASF associates in the practice of continuous improvement, process optimization and automation.</span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>University degree in business economics, computer science/Information Technology/Software or other related discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in Digital environment, preferrable as (Senior-) Consultant or Project Manager.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge and/or certification &amp; experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, etc.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience with at least one of the following digital technologies: Microsoft Power Apps, Outsystems, UiPath Robots, Celonis Action Flows.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Agile, Dev Ops, Scrum, Kanban, etc.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Good understanding of customer requirements as well as business process understanding and ability to speak in business language.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Communication and consulting skills in fluent English are a must. Spanish and German are desirable, further languages are a plus.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You like acting with empowerment, entrepreneurship and self-organization.
