Junior marketing assistant / Marketing intern

Looking for a Junior marketing assistant / Marketing intern to Join Our Team!

What will you be doing?

• Editing various types of video content;
  

• Creating email, WhatsApp, and bot campaigns (both manual and automated);
  

• Making edits to trigger-based emails;
  

• Partially handling document workflow (contracts, invoices, payments);
  

• Organizing the workspace in Notion and Google Docs;
  

• Updating and monitoring client-facing materials;
  

• Onboarding new employees;
  

• Filling in marketing performance reports and presentations;
  

• Moderating webinars;
  

• Collecting leads from webinars and exporting analytics data;
  

• Managing processes and monitoring task completion by other team members;
  

• Conducting information research.
  

Requirements

You’re the perfect fit if you:  

• Are passionate about marketing and eager to grow in the field;  
  
• Can handle tight deadlines and thrive in multitasking environments;  
  
• Possess systematic thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, and leadership skills;
  
• Fluent in Russian and English;
