Job Summary

Provides technical consulting and/or leadership on complex projects. Serves as technical expert in one or more areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and document programs. Works companywide in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments. Acts as a project work team or group leader. May act as an expert in business or functional area. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

10+ years understanding of programming or systems analysis.

• Expert understanding of programming or systems analysis.
• Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• Experience in adapting to and applying rapidly changing technology to business needs.
• Demonstrated competency in verbal communications, written communications, and interpersonal understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust.
• Ability to instill confidence in the Information Technology teams' knowledge of, and concern for, the customer's business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to seek out and understand customers' issues and business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle deadlines and pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees, and to influence and impact others.
• Demonstrated ability to create a network of relevant individuals to solve operational problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, decision making, identifying, and solving problems, utilize multiple tools to solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform as technical expert in field.
• Strong Web development experience using ASP.Net technologies. 
• Must have skills with programming languages such # C#, VB.Net.
• Strong Experience with MS Cloud development suites such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Graph API is required.
• Experience in working on GenAI related projects and use cases will be an advantage.
• Must adhere to pre-established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with relational database technology and design, SQL (SQL Server 2012) is required.
• May be required to join 24x7 on-call rotation and overtime is sometimes needed to meet project deadlines.
• Must be able to work professionally in a team environment with little direct supervision.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor
