Associate Administrative Assistant: 3 month position

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Administrative Assistant within Internal Audit to assist with key projects for a fixed term assignment. The ideal candidate will be available to start in June 2025 and work through August 2025, subject to change.

In this role, you will:

• Support leaders by performing routine administrative tasks

• Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established administrative procedures

• Receive direction from administrative assistants, supervisors, or leaders

• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals

• Interact with immediate Administrative Assistants team on basic information, as well as internal and external clients

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Administrative Support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to navigate within Excel & Word

• Project coordination experience

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to review policies and procedures to ensure accuracy

Job Expectation:

• Ability to work a fixed term assignment for approximately 3 months.

• Hybrid work schedule.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
